Nurturing Leads Through the Sales Funnel

Using email marketing can help nurture your leads; it moves them down the sales funnel and gets them closer to making a purchase. Here is a guide for the different types of content that you can email to your list of leads based on where they are in the sales funnel.

TOP

Leads in the top of the funnel are in the awareness and research phases. They may still be deciding if they want to do a renovation project at all, or the exact scope of their project. They are not ready or qualified to “buy”, or hire a professional for their project yet.

MIDDLE

If the prospect is ready but not qualified to buy, or qualified but not ready to buy, they are in the middle of the funnel. They’re evaluating if you are the right home remodeling professional for them.

BOTTOM

If the prospect is both qualified and ready to buy, they are at the bottom of the funnel. They are determining if they will purchase from you.
