Houzz Pro Certification

With a Houzz Pro Certification, home professionals like you get hands-on training with our software to learn how to run their businesses more efficiently. It’s also a way to stand out to homeowners looking to hire on Houzz thanks to the brand-boosting, public-facing badge earned after completion.

Anyone with an active Houzz Pro plan or free trial is eligible to earn a Houzz Pro Certification. Regardless of which plan you’re on, this program is perfect for any home professional who’s ready to take their experience to the next level.

This certification program is self-paced, so it’s all up to how quickly you’d like to complete the coursework. Generally, most active Houzz Pro users can earn their Certified badge in less than one week!

All modules can be found on this page. To complete them, click on the button to the right of each task and follow the instructions below it. While you’re not required to watch the included videos, we highly recommend it as they’ll give you a quicker, better understanding of each task’s topic.

You can track your overall progress at the top of this page, your module progress below each module title, and your task progress via the checkmarks to the right of each. You can also track your Certification progress on the Houzz Pro homepage when logged in.

After you’ve completed all tasks for each module, you’ll receive a notification that you’re officially Houzz Pro Certified and a prompt to see your new badge on your public Houzz profile (we’ll automatically add it there for you!). You’ll also get a hi-res badge graphic via email for use on your website, social media feed, email signature, and wherever else you want to show it off.

As long as you remain on a Houzz Pro plan, your Houzz Pro Certification will remain valid once earned without the need to re-complete any coursework. If you earned your Certification while on a free trial and that trial expires, you do not have to re-earn it if you sign up for a plan in the future using the same email address.
