Situation

Chris Hendrickson, owner of Hendrickson Construction, was running a $40-million luxury home building business in Aspen, Colorado, but the systems holding his company together were anything but streamlined. With dozens of high-end clients and multi-million-dollar projects underway, Chris was still relying on a mix of software to manage operations.

"We relied on a mix of different technologies to try and piece things together," Chris explained. "Dropbox, OneDrive, email threads, spreadsheets—it became chaos."
