Automatic Email Notification with a Copy of Your Signed Estimate/Proposal
As soon as your client signs an estimate or proposal, you’ll receive an email notification including a signed copy in PDF format. You can also download a signed copy from the activity stream.
Explore MoreQuickBooks Online: New Sync Indicators
Each Estimate/Proposal, Invoice, and Purchase Order that should be connected to QuickBooks Online features a Sync Indicator next to the Document Status at the top right of the document. Green indicates that the document was successfully synced. Clicking on the indicator provides details of the sync date and a direct link to the document in QuickBooks. The indicators also show if the sync is in progress, if the document is not yet ready for sync, if it failed to sync, and more.

Your Sales Tax Report now includes sent and paid or partially paid invoices, in addition to Issued invoices. The document Created Date serves as the reference document date in the report.
Learn MoreQuickBooks Online: Enhanced Sync
Invoices are now automatically synced with QuickBooks Online when sent to a client or when a payment is recorded, using the Created Date as the Document Date in QuickBooks Online. Issuing an invoice also triggers the sync and allows you to lock the invoice, an accounting best practice, to block further edits. Purchase Orders are automatically synced immediately after being sent to a vendor, approved or marked as paid. Estimates and Proposals are automatically synced when marked as paid or approved.

When you send a document to a client or vendor via Houzz Pro, you'll see a new checkbox that says "Attach PDF" in the modal. Your client or vendor will receive the message via email, together with a PDF of the document as an attachment.

When creating a daily log you can now choose to automatically add jobsite weather details, and completed tasks from the day and time entries from your team. Team members can also comment on daily logs.

If you need to go back and make changes to your Takeoff for an in-flight project, your updates will now carry over to your Estimate. You have the option to update your existing estimate or create a new one.
