We will draw up a 3D rendition with suggestions. we will get back to you as soon as we are able to complete the build. How many people will be using the room daily and how many guests do you want to accommodate? It looks like you have a mount for the TV over the fireplace. Would you be willing to move that to another wall?

They did not make it easy on you when it comes to where to put the furniture and being able to move from one end of the room to the other. We are trying different scenarios that will hopefully give you an open arrangement. We wish that they would have put the kitchen over in the corner like this rendition because than you could have had a much more open arrangement, a better seating arrangement for the TV and open access to each area. But wish as we might.......
