White. Often the non island lowers would also be white.

@dan1888 did you mean the non island lowers should be white? Or the toe kicks? I know the standard would likely be white wall cabinets and accent island, but we’re trying to mix it up a little. I saw a beautiful kitchen on Houzzz “Owl Bridge Road” that’s my inspo :)

I would prefer walnut baseboard. If the walnut didn't look great with the oven wall cabinet, I would install a small strip of white baseboard over the walnut baseboard under that one oven cabinet. I think white baseboard is going to stick out like a sore thumb under the walnut cabinets whereas walnut under white will recess better.

I agree! I wasn’t sure if I could do white under the oven cabinet, and walnut right next to it, but I think we will just get both and see what looks best. Thanks for your input :)

In a similar situation, I used the metal look for my kitchen.

I think the baseboard should match the cabinet. Measure your 2 cabinets, cut the appropriate baseboards to size and I think it will look great

The toekick, and the crown, or light rail, should ALWAYS match the cabinet color it is applied to. The only other option is if you are doing the toe kick in a metal accent, which can be very difficult to live with, and requires that metal accent to be present elsewhere in the kitchen.

The toekicks should match the cabinet they are attached to. White for the white cabinets and stained for the stained cabinets.
