kitchen flooring advice needed

The living room, hall, and dining area have a honey color bamboo flooring. I will be painting the kitchen cabinets either SW sea salt or naval blue.
However I would like advice on what kitchen flooring to go with.
Light or dark? Patterns or solid? Either way, the black and white checkered flooring has got to go 🥴
