Recommendations to reduce risk of Dekton / sintered stone chipping

I am building a new house and am considering sintered stone countertops for our kitchen. A like a lot about these counters but my primary concern with them is their chipping issue. There are a lot of discussions on Houzz where commenters complain about chipping. I think I have a good fabricator lined up who has been fabricating sintered stone countertops for 6 years.

Is there anything I can do from a design standpoint that help reduce the risk of chipping? For example, I imagine that using a drop in sink instead of an undermount sink would reduce the risk of chipping around the sink.

Are there any other things that can be done to reduce the risk of chipping? If you have any other advice to reduce chipping, I would love to hear it!
