HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER

Check the Using Houzz forum found on the upper left hand side of the main advice page.

Be careful -- They don't always cancel your order -- you get charged later -- not a honest company -- Don't use Houzz there are other options out there!

I tried to cancel my order after 30 minutes and 2 days later houzz contacted me via email saying that they already shipped it so they can't cancel it but they are willing to call UPS to stop delivery but they will charge me $35. to cancel delivery. I told them no I want a complete refund. Now I have to contact PayPal and dispute it. NEVER buy from houzz!!!

You can always refuse delivery and have it returned. Always use a major charge card. Gary, in your case if you had called the card customer service and explained they will cancel payment.
